About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to lead the development and execution of programmatic initiatives that support the caregiver workforce in California. The CPO will be responsible for ensuring that all programmatic and funder requirements are met, establishing and managing performance benchmarks, and leading data-driven strategies to enhance program impact and operational efficiency. This role requires a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as the ability to cultivate partnerships, manage a team, and embody the values of inclusivity and cultural awareness. The CPO will also be involved in strategic planning, financial budgeting, and will be expected to have a Master's degree in a related field, a minimum of 8 years of program management experience, and proficiency in Learning Management Systems and CRM tools. Applicants for the Chief Program Officer position at the company should have a proven track record in program management, with a focus on healthcare, nonprofit, workforce development, or labor-management training partnerships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic planning, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies, and have experience working in culturally inclusive environments. Proficiency in financial and project management tools is preferred, and dual language proficiency is highly valued. The role requires a collaborative, people-oriented leader with a servant-leadership approach, who can inspire and develop teams.
