About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Video Producer to take full ownership of our entire video content strategy and execution. You'll be the creative force behind both our brand partnerships and our organic viral content - the videos that drive our 50M monthly views. Your main focus will be consistently creating organic product review content that breaks through the noise and goes viral on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll own the process from the moment a campaign brief lands or an organic content idea sparks - scripting, filming, editing, managing revisions - all with minimal oversight. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creative independence, understands what makes content pop on social platforms, and can balance brand requirements with viral potential.

What You'll Do

• Write scripts for short-form product review videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) based on campaign briefs from our management team
• Own all creative coordination - our management team handles brand negotiations and passes you everything (campaign briefs, script revisions, editing feedback)
• Manage script revisions and editing feedback independently without needing founder involvement
• Produce approximately 3 videos per week (2 organic product review & 1 brand partnership)
• Create primarily faceless product review content with some on-camera work and creative B-roll
• Film using iPhone equipment (provided by us) and edit using our provided editing software on your own laptop
• Work remotely on planning and scripting, with in-person filming days at our Los Angeles home studio

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of video production experience, preferably with short-form content and product reviews
• Strong scriptwriting skills for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts format
• Experience creating faceless content and product-focused videos with B-roll
• Self-sufficient work style - you can run with campaign briefs independently
• Comfortable editing on your own laptop with provided software
• Experience managing revision cycles and creative feedback professionally
• Comfortable working in a home studio environment with respect for personal boundaries
• Proficient with iPhone filming and mobile-first video production
• Based in or willing to travel to Los Angeles for filming days

Compensation & Work Structure

• This is a contract position with potential to transition to full-time
• Flexible hybrid arrangement: remote work for planning/scripting, in-person for filming days
• Compensation range: $5,000-$8,000/month for full-time contract work (negotiable based on experience)
