With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliOversee client accounts, projects, and engagements to include managing work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets across all lifecycle phases, while leading consulting engagements that include high-level process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis, all within an integrated project plan/liliLead cross-functional project teams, including NetSuite consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals/liliCollaborate with clients to capture business requirements, spearhead Business Requirements Documentation, and contribute to project plan development/liliProactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies/liliConduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities and integrate lessons learned into future projects/liliAct as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance to both project teams and clients/liliMaintain and update process diagrams, documentation, and best practices for NetSuite configuration/liliRegularly meet with team members to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and assess the need for additional resources/liliRecognize and address out-of-scope customer requests, present mutually beneficial solutions, and help set realistic expectations/liliDefine User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and ensure successful customer testing throughout the implementation/liliGuide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth and effective transition./liliActively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities/li/ulh3What Youll Bring:/h3ulli9+ years of experience in professional services with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing NetSuite implementations/liliProven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results/liliExperience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve issues/liliConsistent success in building and developing strong client relationships/liliNetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred/liliProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/liliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university/li/ulpThe CrossCountry total rewards package includes comprehensive healthcare options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) with company matching.
