Location: Malvern, PASchedule: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days per week)Duration: 6 months to extend in incrementsHours: Full-time regular business hours (37.5 hours per week)Compensation Range: $60-$70/hr W2Are you a strategic creative thinker with a passion for impactful storytelling? Join an in-house media services team, operating like a commercial production company, to craft breakthrough content for diverse audiences across multiple channels. We're looking for a talented individual to fill a dual Producer/Content Strategist and Director role, producing everything from digital/TV advertising and social media content to live webcasts and internal communications.Responsibilities:Project management and overseeing production timelines.Advising on concepts, scripts, and developing creative treatments.Managing budgets and coordinating with production crews and vendors.Directing talent (including subject matter experts and senior leaders) on set.Working with video editors and designers to refine the final product.Handling media asset licensing and ensuring compliance with content usage rights.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of related work experience (or equivalent training) in producing and directing, ideally with a brand, agency, or production company.
