Were expanding our production team and are looking for a detail-oriented Screen Printing Specialist to join our growing operation.

The Screen Printing Specialist will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and operating manual and automatic screen-printing presses. This role requires attention to detail, a good eye for color, and the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards.

• Set up and operate screen-printing equipment for apparel and other substrates
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for daily production runs
• Ensure accurate color matching and ink consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment
• Maintain organized work areas and proper inventory of supplies
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet customer expectations

• Prior experience in screen printing (manual or automatic press operation) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
