We're seeking an HVAC Dispatcher in Ogden, UT to coordinate service calls, schedule technicians, and manage customer communications for commercial HVAC operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technician appointments

• Dispatch technicians to emergency and routine service requests

• Coordinate with customers on service timing and technician arrival

• Maintain dispatch board and track job status in real time

• Order parts and coordinate deliveries for service calls

• Update service management software with call details and outcomes

• Communicate with technicians via phone, radio, and mobile apps

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 2+ years of dispatcher or customer service experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent phone communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in HVAC or construction industry

• Familiarity with service management platforms like ServiceTitan or FieldEdge

• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and terminology

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
