Mercedes Benz Silver Spring, a part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring for a new job role of a Product Concierge!
This role will support our mission in becoming the most desired electric luxury brand. The Product Concierge will act as the dealership's go-to resource for both customers and dealership employees about topics specifically related to Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The Ideal Product Concierge should be customer-oriented, empathetic, patient, knowledgeable about current technology trends, passionate about the product, and open to learning and sharing knowledge.

Essential Duties:
