Fitness Factory makes purchasing home and commercial fitness equipment fast, easy, convenient, and affordable. Our products play an immense role in changing, influencing, and enhancing the lives of our customers.

We are seeking a full-time retail Specialty Fitness Store Manager for our Forest Park location who will directly participate in direct to consumer and commercial sales. The Store Manager takes ownership for the sales performance and day to day operations of the store, including managing a team of Fitness Consultants and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Direct to customer sales in a retail environment
• Opportunity for business to business / commercial sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly store sales targets
• Manage day to day store operations including but not limited to scheduling, inventory management, expense management,
• Manage a team of 1 – 3 Fitness Consultants and support staff, helping them to exceed their sales quotas.

• Ability to work a retail schedule including nights (until 7 PM) and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience
• Prior store management experience in a retail setting
• Strategic mindset
• Excited by prospecting / territory building

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 70 lbs. occasionally)
• Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time in a retail environment
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary
