Physician Assistant at Express Care Urgent Care Centers summary:

The Physician Assistant at ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers provides treatment for non-emergent medical conditions, performs minor procedures, and manages minor fractures and dislocations. The role requires skills in EKG and X-ray interpretation, multitasking, and time management, with experience preferred in Urgent Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine. Seeking Urgent Care Medical Staff

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health Partner, are growing and need experienced providers for our Carroll County, Maryland locations.

We are looking for a Physician Assistant.

We currently have 32 locations and are opening more this upcoming year.

Urgent Care medicine is our focus. We see a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, treat minor trauma, and perform minor procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, such as: suturing, I & D of abscesses and Paronychia’s, Foreign Body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multi-task and manage time well.
• Urgent Care, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
