Schedule: Monday 7:30 AM–3:30/4:00 PMThursday 7:30 AM–3:30/4:00 PMFriday 7:30 AM–1:30 PM(Approximately 22–23 hours per week, with flexibility for date nights and occasional weekends as needed)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour (W2) Child: Infant boy, born September 2025 Start Date: January 2026
Lyndsey and Tim are a warm, down-to-earth couple who live a holistic, outdoorsy lifestyle and share their home with a sweet, active dog. They are seeking a nurturing, reliable nanny who values a calm, natural environment and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Mom works from home, and both parents place a strong emphasis on open communication, consistency, and a gentle, responsive approach to infant care. The ideal candidate will be intuitive, calm, and aligned with the family’s grounded lifestyle.
7:30 AM: Arrive and check in with Mom. Morning feed will already be done, and Mom will pump. Morning nap: Baby typically goes back to sleep in his rocker. During this time, assist with light household support such as tidying, dishes, and laundry. 9:30 AM: Bottle feeding with expressed breast milk. 12:30 PM: Breastfeeding, if possible. During downtime, help with dog walking or other light household tasks. 3:00 PM: Formula feeding and tidy up before wrapping up for the day.
Provide loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for the infant
Maintain and follow a consistent feeding, nap, and diapering schedule
Support developmental milestones (tummy time, reaching, rolling, sitting, crawling)
Prepare bottles (breast milk and formula) and sanitize feeding equipment using Baby Brezza
Change diapers regularly and ensure proper hygiene
Soothe and engage the baby through singing, reading, and gentle play
Track daily activities (feeds, naps, diaper changes) and communicate updates to parents
Monitor the baby’s health, noting any changes in appetite, sleep, or mood
Wash and sanitize bottles, pacifiers, and toys
Handle laundry and keep nursery and play spaces tidy
Restock baby supplies (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.)
Assist with simple meal prep for the family (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meat, starting the crockpot or oven)
Run light errands as needed
Walk the family dog and help maintain a smooth household flow
Experienced with infants and knowledgeable about early developmental stages
Calm, dependable, and organized with a warm, nurturing personality
Enjoys working in a home with pets and aligns with a holistic, outdoorsy lifestyle
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with parents who work from home
$22–$25/hour (depending on experience)
