Outpatient Neurology – Kansas City
AdventHealth in Kansas City is looking for highly skilled and patient-focused neurologists to add to our busy outpatient clinics in the Shawnee Mission, Lenexa City Center, and South Overland Park locations. Our physicians provide a full range of neurology care – specializing in neurologic consultations, electromyography, and Botox for chronic migraine management.
As we add neurologists to our team, fellowship trained physicians are highly encouraged to apply as we are looking to grow subspecialty services within our neurosciences group. Experience with movement disorders and/or headache management is a plus. The ability to read EEGs is required.
Requirements : candidates must be well-trained, board certified or board eligible through the AAPN, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Respect for patients, co-workers and staff is of the utmost priority, and we place a considerable focus on providing exceptional experience for our patients.
Located in suburban Kansas City, Leawood is one of the country’s wealthiest communities with beautiful established neighborhoods, upscale shopping, and nationally top-ranked public-school systems. It sits in the heart of Johnson Country which offers an extensive park and trail system that includes 24 trails extending over 98 miles. The Kansas City area is home to great professional and college sports teams and is the host of the FIFA World Cup in 2026. There is an incredible entertainment scene featuring the Kauffman Performing Arts Center, the Nelson-Atkins Art Gallery, and the T-Mobile Center. We are known for our World Class BBQ but also have culturally diverse high end dining options.
