We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project management operations across various departments, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week.
Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
Track project progress and report on status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Help in the development of project plans and timelines.
Communicate with team members and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
