Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Monitor front door access and maintain school security procedures
  • Manage sign-in/sign-out procedures for students, visitors, and late arrivals

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Distribute mail, packages, and internal communications
  • Maintain and update student records and attendance logs as required
  • Support staff with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other school communications
  • Assist with enrollment and registration processes
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Prior administrative or front desk experience (preferably in a school or educational setting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
