Reach Truck/Forklift Operator WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified
Reach Truck/Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial vehicles and manual lifting devices to load/unload and transport material to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.

- The base hourly rate of pay starts at $22.00 per hour. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 differential and 3rd shift receives a $1.50 differential.
- 1st Shift - 6:00am-2:30pm. 2nd Shift - 3:00pm-11:30pm. 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am.
As a reach Truck/Forklift Operator, you will - Operate forklifts and manual lifting devices to deliver material to production machines/workstations; distribute material/inventory using the first in-first out method
- Manually or mechanically load or unload material from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles
- Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the facility
- Organize all production material and inventory; use RF Scanner to scan material to appropriate locations and verify quantities are accurate; restock material in floor and rack locations
- Ensure that all necessary inventory is available for production use and coordinate the ordering of material/inventory
- Complete daily inspection of equipment and communicate maintenance needs or damage; charge/fill batteries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operation and training of powered equipment with a clear understanding of forklift operations, weight capacities, and attachments
- 2+ years of steady experience operating a Reach Truck
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Able to work well with and motivate a team
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
