Your Role & Impact
As a Mid-Senior Level Data Engineer , you will:
ü Architect & Maintain Scalable Data Pipelines – Design, build, and optimize ETL workflows for high-volume healthcare data processing.
ü Enhance Data Storage & Retrieval Performance – Implement efficient data modeling techniques using Azure SQL, Snowflake, or Redshift .
ü Collaborate with Analytics & AI Teams – Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and solution engineers to ensure seamless data flows across predictive models and engagement pipelines.
ü Drive Cloud-Native Data Operations – Manage and optimize Azure-based cloud data environments for scalability, security, and high availability.
ü Ensure Compliance & Data Governance – Implement best practices for data security, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST), and governance standards.
ü Optimize Workflows & CI/CD Processes – Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Airflow, or CloudFormation for efficient infrastructure management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ø 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related fields.
Ø Expertise in ETL processes – Strong knowledge of data pipelines, workflow automation, and big data processing.
Ø Cloud Proficiency – Experience with Azure SQL, Snowflake, Redshift , or similar cloud-based data solutions.
Ø Strong Programming Skills – Advanced experience in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark for data transformation & optimization.
Ø Workflow Automation & Orchestration – Proficiency in Apache Airflow or similar tools to enhance automation.
Ø Experience with CI/CD Pipelines – Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation , or other Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
Ø Healthcare Data Knowledge (Preferred)– Prior exposure to claims, EHR, or payer-provider data is a plus!
