As a Construction Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects.
Your main tasks will include conducting various inspections on construction sites, testing soils, concrete, asphalt, and reinforcing steel.
You will utilize a nuclear gauge for testing and a tablet for documentation purposes.
This position involves physical activity such as carrying buckets for testing.
Conduct inspections on construction sites.

Utilize nuclear gauge equipment for testing purposes.
Document findings and results using a tablet.
Carry testing equipment and samples, such as buckets.
Experience in construction and construction inspection.
Proficiency in construction materials testing.
Good verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Map reading and math skills are a plus.
The role requires working at various construction sites with a 40-hour workweek, including some night shifts.
As the weather gets warmer, there are opportunities for overtime.
Work hours are typically from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The dress code includes work boots, jeans, and a button-up shirt.
The job involves independent work with daily travel to sites.
You may need to pick up Nuclear Gauge equipment before your shift if you do not possess your own.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wexford, PA.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
