National HVACR wholesale distributor is looking for a full time Warehouse Worker / Counter Sales Trainee to help support our continued growth and expansion. We offer competitive salary, full benefits, Matching 401(k), profit sharing

Duties:

• Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse / showroom
• Load and unload trucks
• Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks – will train and can obtain forklift license while on the job
• Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
• Keep warehouse premises neat and clean – Light Janitorial duties
• Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
• Monitor and manage inventory control.
• Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.

Requirements:

• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
• Operate Forklift and pallet jack – will certify while on job
• Valid driver’s license – Clean Driving Record
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and safely.
• Must be reliable and able to be at work on time
• Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
• Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
• Must be able to pass drug test

Would like to train: Counter Sales

• Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers, training provided
• Provide accurate and timely execution of customer’s orders, requests and other services
• Use computer to do invoicing, credits, returns
