We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role requires both warehouse experience and strong computer skills to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Enter devanning information, including piece counts and cargo locations
Review photos and make them accessible for customer viewing
Note and report any cargo damages
Conduct recounts of cargo when necessary
Retake and upload clearer photos if originals are unreadable
Verify that all cargo is correctly marked and matches the job description on paperwork
Previous warehouse experience (required)
Strong computer literacy (data entry, file/photo management)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
