Job Title: Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting boxes, arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators, and handling products of various sizes—from small handheld boxes to large machine parts weighing up to 1,000 lbs. You will use lifting equipment and an RF scanner to ensure accurate inventory management and assist with loading and unloading semi-trailers.
Key Responsibilities
Sort and arrange boxes on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
Pick and pack products of various sizes using lifting equipment.
Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and accuracy.
Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.
Essential Skills
Experience in picking and packing products.
Proficiency in using RF scanners.
Ability to operate lifting equipment and handle heavy loads.
Knowledge of loading/unloading procedures for semi-trailers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3–6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Flexibility with working hours and mandatory overtime.
Forklift experience is a plus (training provided if needed).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
