About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Strategy to play a critical role in the executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end financial stewardship and strategic planning, with a focus on driving long-term growth and ensuring financial resilience in a dynamic, start-up-like environment. This role is pivotal in shaping financial decisions, particularly in the context of the company's goals for organic expansion and M&A activities. The VP will lead financial planning processes, provide strategic insights, and maintain multi-year financial models to support sustainable growth. Additionally, the role involves overseeing a high-performing analytics and business intelligence function, driving cost optimization, and leading corporate development activities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years' experience in finance, strategy, or corporate development, and a proven track record in senior leadership roles. Hands-on experience with M&A, advanced Excel skills, and a deep understanding of data analytics are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in high-growth or startup settings, as well as a background in consumer-based industries, is highly valued. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills, and a passion for community, health, and social wellness initiatives.
