**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid WCC certification and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care. This position requires adherence to various health and professional guidelines to ensure compliance and safety within the healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver compassionate care to patients while adhering to the standards of practice.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure all relevant patient information is securely handled.
- Participate in teamwork and collaboration with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health history requirements and undertake necessary health screenings including COVID-19 vaccination, PPD or IGRA, and other immunizations as outlined.
- Complete professional documentation and training including the Integrity and Audit Services Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, and other necessary onboarding forms.

**Qualifications:**
- Current WCC certification is required.
- Valid professional licenses and certifications, including Verification of License/Certificate, are mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Onboarding Requirements:**
The following documents are necessary for the onboarding process:
- Trinity Job Description acknowledgment.
- Physical/Health Statement.
- Documentation of vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella.
- Trinity Skills Checklist.
- Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
