Transportation Manager – Seattle, WA What You’ll Do: You’ll lead a transportation team responsible for keeping deliveries running safely, efficiently, and on time. In This Role, You’ll: - Lead and manage a team of about 50 Class A and B drivers within a 110-associate facility.
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development, while fostering an engaged, motivated team.
- Audit processes and identify improvements in routing, safety, and delivery execution.
- Oversee fleet operations, including leasing, purchasing, and maintenance of tractors, trailers, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage departmental budget performance, cost control, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
- Communicate with senior leaders and frontline employees to keep operations transparent and aligned.
What You’ll Bring: - 3+ years of leadership experience in transportation, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA compliance, and fleet management.
- Strong skills in workforce management, scheduling, and employee development.
- Experience in unionized environments strongly preferred (not required).
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
- Prior commercial driving experience preferred (Class A or B).
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred, not required.
Pay & Benefits: - Pay Range (Base Pay): $75,000- $95,000

- Paid Time Off: You’ll accrue up to 40 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment
- Paid Holidays: 6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.
- Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour of sick for every 40 hours worked (no cap), available for use after 90 days
- Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
