Overview

BroadPath is excited to be hiring Trainers ! We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to lead engaging, results-driven training programs for our Member Support Advocates, who support Health Plan Members by handling inbound, outbound, and chat inquiries.

Compensation Highlights:

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Pay Frequency : Weekly

Schedule Highlights:

• Training Schedule: 4 days, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

• Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire and up-training in a virtual classroom environment as needed

• Create an environment which supports a collaborative learning experience

• Provide evaluations of employee performance to management as required

• Maintain positive, consistent communication with departments and corporate staff

• Report on progress of assigned projects to Project Leaders

• Maintain ongoing dialogue with department heads as needed

• Maintain accurate training records

• Implement feedback from peer, leadership and operational observations

• Proactively search for ways to improve the training experience

• Assist in the maintenance of Project training curriculum and activities

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales training (B2C or B2B)

• Work-from-home training experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Five9, Salesforce, Quickbase, Power BI, and Office 360 is helpful but not required

• Background in production work within a BPO or call center environment

• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills

• Ability to adapt training for diverse learning styles and remote settings
