Job Description

Manager Notes:

  • The hiring manager is open to consider remote candidates, but they will focus on local candidates first. Preferred onsite.
  • Previous Nike experience is desired, but not needed
  • Must have previous experience with BI products and proficient with Jira.
  • Previous experience with Databricks is plus




You will lead the strategic direction, execution, and innovation of our most critical and complex product portfolios. This role translates our organizational vision into actionable product strategies, driving integrated solutions across multiple domains and influencing outcomes at a global and geo level.



Responsibilities

  • Define and execute software product strategies aligned with our long-term business goals.
  • Guide cross-functional squads (1 2 teams of 8 10+ engineers) through the delivery of high-impact, disruptive software products.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and technical executives, providing insights that shape strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Champion technical innovation and ensure integration of emerging technologies into product development.
  • Align product roadmaps across multiple domains to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
  • Drive measurable business impact through expert-level domain knowledge and cross-industry awareness.

Required

  • 5-7 YOE in Product management from large scale enterprise level environments
  • Proven leadership in managing extra-large, complex product portfolios with cross-functional influence.
  • Demonstrated success in translating enterprise vision into functional execution plans.
  • Deep experience in technical product development across multiple tech stacks and methodologies.
  • Track record of delivering innovation that disrupts traditional models and drives business transformation.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating matrixed organizations.
  • Product lifecycle management across multiple domains
  • Technical fluency in modern architectures and development methodologies
  • Integrated solution road mapping and portfolio alignment
  • Data-driven decision-making and KPI ownership
  • Stakeholder engagement and executive communication
