Ready to take the lead in shaping the foundations of Floridas most high-end builds?
My client is a growing self-performing shell contractor looking for a Senior Estimator who lives and breathes concrete, CMU, and structural systems. From slab to structural framing, youll take ownership of complex estimates across custom homes, residential communities, and light commercial projects. You wont just crunch numbers, youll bridge field know-how with pre-construction precision, mentoring three junior estimators and collaborating closely with project managers and superintendents to keep projects sharp, realistic, and ready to build.
In this role, youll produce highly detailed estimates for vertical shell construction including CMU walls, ICF systems, concrete decks, roofs, and more. Youll dive deep into drawings, flag constructability concerns, and catch real-world challenges before they hit the field. Youll also take the lead in guiding junior estimators, refining workflows, and shaping how we bid smarter and build better.
Were looking for someone with at least 5 years of shell estimating experience, particularly in CMU, ICF, cast-in-place concrete, and elevated concrete decks. You should have strong field awareness and a sharp understanding of materials, methods, and sequencing. Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam and Excel is essential, and experience with Quickbase is a plus.
