As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be a key presence at a commercial real estate location, helping to maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding professionally to any situations that arise. You will play an important role in upholding access control and assisting with badge procedures, while also providing outstanding customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. Pay Rate: $22.38 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
• Assist in controlling access to the premises by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
