• Number of Staff - 23
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - (Targeted at 1 manager, 4 therapist)
o Night Shift - (target 3 therapist)
• Patient Ratios - varies depending on census and acuity
• Type of equipment - PB 980, 840, respironics V60
• EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• 2 years critical care experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Post op CV surgery experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • General respiratory floor therapy including assessment driven protocols
• 18 bed mixed ICU
Best personality Fit: • Team player, self-motivated, positive patient-centered attitude
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: • ACLS
• BLS
NRP
Floating Areas: • Cover all areas of the hospital
