Rental Lot Representative - FT at Avis Budget Group summary:

The Rental Lot Representative is responsible for inventorying vehicles, updating vehicle status using mobile devices, and assisting customers at airport rental lots. This role requires working outdoors, strong customer service skills, and the ability to operate and inspect vehicles throughout a shift. On-the-job training is provided, with benefits including paid time off, insurance, and employee discounts on rentals and vehicle purchases.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will inventory our cars at our airport lots, enter vehicle status and other information in a mobile handheld device, checking that our cars are ready for our customers to rent and assist customers as needed, all with excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)

• Willingness to work outdoors

• Flexibility to work all shifts

• Must be able to stand, walk and move throughout rental lot for continuous period, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
