Hourly: $40-$45/hr

Must Haves :

• 2-3 years experience in recruiting talent within the retail industry

Preferred:

• Luxury retail experience

Job Summary/Description: the contract recruiter will support a retail organization with creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Creatively sourcing and recruiting talent

• Review and evaluate resumes, determining if candidates should be presented to the hiring manager
• Maintaining a database of candidates
• Managing the interview process, from screening to final offer
• Managing offer process including reference checks, background screenings and other documentation as needed
• Partnering with all levels of the organization to develop strategies to fill roles quickly and efficiently
