Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Kirkland, WA 

Company: Aviosupport, Inc. 

Aviosupport, a trusted distributor of aircraft spare parts, is seeking a full time motivated and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a stable and supportive work environment in the aviation industry. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Welcoming customers and visitors: Greeting individuals upon arrival, ascertaining their needs, and directing them appropriately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. 
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Scan, file, and organize important company documents.
  • Distribution of emails and other correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing emails, letters, faxes, and other forms of communication, ensuring they reach the intended recipients promptly.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Providing general administrative support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and managing supplies. 


Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
