Project Manager: Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Commercial Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus, Technology

Required Knowledge:

• Ability to project manager multiple commercial Division 8 projects at one time.
• Attention to detail and communication are a must for this Project Manager position.
• Knowledge and experience in take offs and estimating Doors, Frames and Hardware for Commercial construction.
• Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Commercial Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus, Technology
• Working knowledge of Commercial construction documentation and pricing, able to read plans and specifications.
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledgeable of Commercial Construction principles and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledgeable of negotiated bids, hard bids.
• Maintains a "value added" approach to Project Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or work equivalent) for Construction Science or related field
• Proficiency with reading Commercial construction plans, specifications and vendor product data information
• Familiarity with Commercial construction project delivery methods and practices.
