• Proven experience in project management or program consulting roles.
• Strong customer service and client relations skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in planning, operations, and procedural development.
• Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.
• Familiarity with digital tools and methods to support project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and negotiate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
