The Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner who thrives in high-pressure environments and can turn ambiguity into clarity. The ideal candidate has a consulting background, a strong software engineering mindset, and the ability to take action without waiting for step-by-step direction. This role requires someone who can both lead projects and roll up their sleeves to ensure execution at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for complex software projects.
• Write detailed, high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that drive alignment and clarity.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable value.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and bring order to ambiguity.
• Act as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor to clients.
• Balance big-picture product strategy with tactical execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager/Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
• Proven success leading software projects with distributed teams.
• Exceptional user story writing and backlog management skills.
• Strong communication skills—able to speak both “business” and “developer.”
• Consulting or start-up background strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to take action without waiting for step-by-step direction.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
