We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, Procedure Scheduler at Red Bank Gastroenterology in Red Bank, New Jersey

The Procedure Scheduler Responsibilities are:

• meeting with patients either in person or via telephone to schedule all Gastro Intestinal Procedures .
• Also handles all related clerical duties as requested by physician; new patients, recall patients,
• Open Access Patents, Hospital in/out patients, infusion arrangements, pre-procedure pre-authorizations, prescriptions, insurance verification and any other duties as assigned.
• e-scribe, portal messages, G-Messages, PIF
• This position requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.

The Procedure Scheduler must have the following qualifications and experience:

• High School graduate or GED
• Some college or equivalent job experience.
