Job Title: Picker and Packer

Job Description

Join our team as a Picker and Packer, where you will be responsible for efficiently handling order picking of both large and small oil products according to work orders for customers. You will also manage palletizing products for shipment, ensuring order accuracy using paper pick lists, and verifying all outgoing products. Hours would be Monday/Tuesday/Friday 4pm-9pm or 10pm. Also Saturdays from 8-5pm, but occasionally done at 12 PM. Total weekly hours can be from 15-24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack oil products according to customer work orders.

• Palletize products for shipment.

• Ensure order accuracy using paper pick lists.

• Verify all outgoing products.

• Load and unload goods from inbound and outbound trucks.

• Lift products ranging from 20-100 lbs.

Essential Skills

• Order Picking

• Packing

• Production

• Forklift operation

• RF scanner usage

• Inventory management

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• 6 months of order picking and packaging experience in the warehouse industry

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with open bay doors, where it can be warm in the summer and cold in the winter. Dress code is casual, including jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, MT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
