Job Description

Pet Sitter/Dog Walker needed for Growing Business.

• Enjoy being around and experiencing pets.
• Available regularly on weekdays for visits to customers. Most visits are in the middle of the day on weekdays so important you are regularly available at that time. 
• Available about 50% weekend days per month for sporadic visits to customers
• Available long-term to support the business.
• Access to the internet, email and smartphone.
• Have transportation to get to visit quickly. 
• Close proximity to Highland Park/New Brunswick as visits may be spread through the day and transit time needs to be minimal. 
• Willing to accept part-time income totaling up to $250 per week. This is about 25 visits a week or about 2-3 hours 5 days a week.

Details:

• You will visit customers' homes to care for their pets, mostly dog walking but some cats and other pets. 
• Visits are about 30 minutes each.
• Scheduled visits are visible well in advance but due to the nature of the business can sometimes be sporadic. 
• Ideally, the candidate is generally available and willing to work as needed to support the customer's requests. 
• For times you are busy, with school, and other part-time work, we have computerized scheduling that allows you to block out times when you are unable to work. 
• We are looking for long-term employees as training and customer introductions can take many months.
