Our client, a growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated detail oriented who excels at proactively moving cases forward, developing litigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with court rules. The position consists of approximately 75% litigation-focused responsibilities, including trial preparation, depositions, discovery, and mediation, with the remaining 25% involving pre-litigation matters. Responsibilities: Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and trial support. Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests, overseeing vendors, and reviewing large-scale document productions. Organize and track case deadlines, maintaining calendars and ensuring milestone events are properly prepared for. Assist with depositions, mediations, and hearings, ensuring procedural and case-specific requirements are met. Draft legal documents and correspondence as required. Collaborate with attorneys to maximize case value through strategic planning and proactive case management. Strong knowledge of Minnesota No-Fault law and the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in owning case files and anticipating needs without being asked. Must be located within approximately one hour of the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
