Requirements OUTPATIENT CLINIC SCHEDULE:Monday to Friday36 hours of patient care / ambulatory clinic coverage per weekFlexible scheduling available between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PMHOSPITAL CALL COVERAGE:Call rotation every 4th or 5th weekOne full week at a timeExpected hospital visits:Weekdays (M–F) for new consultsSaturday and/or Sunday for rounding onlyPRACTICE MODEL:Primary focus on outpatient careOn-call Provider handles new consults at the hospitalNurse Practitioners round on existing patientsNew consults are assigned to the on-call provider once evaluatedPATIENT MIX:70% Oncology30% Hematology (primarily benign cases)ABOUT LAFAYETTELafayette- West Lafayette is conveniently located within easy travel of Indianapolis for regional airport, shopping or cultural/nightlife activities and is only 2 hours from Chicago!
