One of our clients is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide services at a residential facility to low functioning consumers with IDD in the Greater Northeast Philadelphia area.


Ability to commute to Greater Northeast Philadelphia REQUIRED
*Compensation: NEW RATES

Client's Availability Requirements:
Fulltime schedules available
M-F 2:30pm to 11:00pm and every other weekend

*Accelerated start with proof of TB/Physical within the past 12 months
*Valid Driver's License REQUIRED - having your own car/NOT Required
*This is a client negotiable Temp to perm opportunity!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Total Care
* Must be able to complete daily activity notes

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
* Covid Vaccination

Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
