Community 1 Lending: Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the mortgage loan process from application to closing as a trusted mortgage loan officer.

• Review financial documentation and recommend loan products tailored to each client’s needs.

• Remain compliant with all lending and regulatory guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners.

• Follow up on provided leads to convert prospects into clients.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed with the NMLS to operate as a mortgage loan officer.

• Prior mortgage lending experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Must be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone on a regular basis.
