Mercedes-Benz of Tiverton is seeking an experienced automobile sales consultant to join our team. We're looking for candidates with a sales background, preferably in luxury sales, who can demonstrate a strong track record of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Join our award-winning team and enjoy working in a modern, clean environment while representing a top luxury brand. We offer a flexible, family-friendly schedule with a 5-day work week and no Sundays, and our latest closing time is 7 pm.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain product knowledge and quarterly certification training standards
· Follow up on all sales leads through effective communications by phone, email, and appointments
· Work with the Sales Manager / GSM to ensure recurring individual and departmental sales goals are met
· Perform light lot duties as needed
Requirements:
· Previous sales experience and a track record for outstanding CSI performance
· Basic understanding and ability to work with various forms of technology
· Familiarity with automotive financing, paperwork, and registration processes
· Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
· Ability to maintain professional conduct and appearance
