Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by assisting with day-to-day operations, campaign management, and executing various marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for contributing to the success of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Coordinate and execute marketing activities such as events, promotions, and product launches
• Prepare and organize marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email content
• Track and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Support social media management (excluding content creation) and website updates
• Maintain marketing databases and customer records
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Handle administrative tasks for the marketing department as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
