IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR Maintenance Technicians!!! *DIRECT PLACEMENT*

Maintenance Technicians:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, parts replacement, or fabrications.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits.
• Fabricate, repair, and install piping including hot/cold water, steam, process, and condensate.
• Weld stainless and other metals, with a preference for sanitary welding experience.
• Operate a mill and assist production with size changeovers and equipment setup.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment per the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Constantly improve production and equipment function.
• Participate in PPE initiatives, LOTO, and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Read, interpret, and complete documents such as P&ID, wiring diagrams, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Operate, make adjustments, and set up equipment on the packaging line, including PLC panel operation, adjusting settings on line equipment, and setting up the tray former, wrappers, date coder, fillers, and other machine-related tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
