We are hiring a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to join our plastics manufacturing team. You will be responsible for repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on extrusion and blown film machines.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and repair industrial machines (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Work with production team to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, plastics, extrusion, or similar).
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing setting.
