🔹 Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Loan Officer who’s excited about unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships in the real estate investment space. This is a commission-only position with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing and originating deals, managing borrower relationships, and working closely with our team to deliver a fast, frictionless financing experience from quote to close.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Originate loans for fix-and-flip, bridge, and new construction projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers throughout the process
• Collect documentation and assist in preparing loan files for underwriting
• Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investors, builders, and developers
• Track market trends and stay ahead of client needs
• Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure fast closings

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate, lending, mortgage, or sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to analyze deals, assess risk, and structure smart loans
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and owning your results

🔹 Compensation
