Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of drywall repair technicians; assign tasks and ensure work quality.
Perform on-site assessments : evaluate damage, calculate materials, labor, and project time.
Communicate directly and professionally with clients, explaining repair options.
Complete hands-on drywall repair, finishing (levels 4–5), and any texture.
Manage materials, track usage, and prevent waste.
Document daily progress, scope changes, and completed work.
Mentor and train junior technicians.
Deliver projects that meet The Patch Boys’ high quality standards.
Requirements
Fluent English (required) – must be able to communicate clearly with clients.
Valid Driver’s License (required) .
Reliable, insured vehicle (required) – truck or van preferred.
Minimum 5+ years drywall repair/finishing experience .
Minimum 2+ years leading a team.
Strong knowledge of drywall materials, finishing techniques, and tools.
Comfortable providing estimates and discussing them with clients.
Proven ability to lead a team.
Must have own drywall tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; trade training is a plus.
