Holderness and Bourne is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Analyst with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will be a key player on our IT team, responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of our various business applications, including ERP (SAP S/4 Public Cloud), WMS, PLM and others.

About the Role:

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure the system to meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, best practices, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with various business units to identify and document business requirements and processes.
• Analyze existing business processes and review possible solutions with the solution architecture team.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather critical information.
• System Configuration & Implementation:
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Order To Cash, Master Data Management and Procure to Pay.) based on business requirements.
• Execute configuration activities in SAP Public Cloud Central Business Configuration 
• Support the implementation of new functionalities and features within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape.
• Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing as upgrades are applied.
• Configuration and customization of other systems will be required as part of this role including but not limited to WM, PLM, PIM, EDI and others. 
• Support & Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving system issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud updates and new features, and assess their impact on our business processes.
• Primary point of contact for master data configuration, management, and bulk updates to SAP S/4 Public Cloud.
• Documentation & Training:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, finance, and operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to senior management.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
• 5 plus years of experience working with SAP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, with Fashion experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing at least one core SAP S/4HANA module (e.g., Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales and Distribution (SD), , Master Data Management (MDM), etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and best practices for cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of integration concepts with other systems (e.g., APIs, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP is a plus.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori user experience and configuration.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take on tasks as needed to support the team and business. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to write SQL queries is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification(s).
• Experience with other SAP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, etc.).
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry.
