divh2Human Resources Manager/h2pShearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Lees Summit, MO./ppPosition Responsibilities:/pulliLiaison between contract and corporate employees;/liliBenefits administration including communication of benefit information;/liliOrganize annual open enrollment;/liliCarry out recruitment effort for all entry level external candidates;/liliRoutinely use creative methods for candidate outreach;/liliAnnounce and conduct interviews for internal position vacancies;/liliProvide new employee orientation;/liliAdminister ethics and sexual harassment training programs;/liliPerform employee counseling to include addressing performance or personal concerns;/liliEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations;/liliConduct internal investigations of alleged wrongdoing;/liliSuggest options for resolution; Implement resolutions;/liliCoach supervisors regarding ways to improve their communication with subordinates;/liliWork with supervisors to identify opportunities for engaging employees;/liliMonitor progress of employees with performance issues; work with supervisors to ensure timely feedback to the employee;/liliCoordinates, reviews and submits all Federal Investigation paperwork;/liliTrained fellow HR Staff Members how to review, complete and submit Federal Investigation paperwork/liliPoint of Contact for any requests for additional information for investigations;/liliReview and approve timesheets with supervisor input;/liliReview and approve or deny leave requests;/liliManage FMLA and ADA accommodation usage and requests;/liliEnsure Service Contract Act compliance;/liliReview invoices for accuracy before submitting to Customer for payment;/liliVerify employment information;/liliReconcile leave accounts;/liliPlan employee events such as holiday gatherings and award ceremonies/li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulliU.S. Citizen/liliValid U.S, Drivers License/liliAuthorization to work in the U.S./liliMust be able to pass drug screening and background check/liliActive security clearance preferred; not required/liliMinimum B.S. Degree/liliSHRM Certifications such as PHR, SPHR preferred/liliMinimum eight years progressive federal contractor human resource experience to include experience in Responsibilities listed above/liliDemonstrated payroll processing knowledge; Deltek, CostPoint and Fidelity experience preferred/liliKnowledge of government regulations i.e., SCA and Davis Bacon/liliAbility to create and encourage a culture of collaboration, professionalism and a thriving environment for teams and individuals to excel./liliExperience interpreting National and International regulations pertaining to employment, benefits and payroll./liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment/liliAbility to offer creative solutions and drive initiatives to closure to improve quality, cost, and process inefficiencies/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliMust be able to travel to conduct site visits, as necessary/li/ulpVEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
