This role blends traditional HR generalist responsibilitiesincluding employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR policy supportwith a strong emphasis on sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring initiatives.Why Hyper?Competitive salary and benefits package including: Employer Paid Medical, dental and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance, Company paid short-term and long term disability 401K Plan with company matching Generous PTO policy and paid holidaysCollaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.HR Generalist FunctionsAssist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Participate in the administration of employee benefits and respond to employee questions regarding health, retirement, and leave programs.Support performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Participate in HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training programs, and communications.QualificationsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).35 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting or talent acquisition.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and U.S. employment laws.HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent); preferredExperience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries.Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting strategies.Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.RequirementsMust have ability to work from our local office Monday through Friday normal workday hours.Hyper, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
