Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Manager at our location in Limon, CO. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, improving customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth front desk and reception activities, and maintaining high standards services. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, creating and managing budgets, and optimizing overall performance to achieve business objectives. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines while fostering a positive and engaging environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
  • Expertise in Budgeting and Sales management to meet financial and operational goals
  • Knowledge of operations and best practices in hospitality management
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant technological tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is strongly desired
